Polar Donuts didn't start as a grand plan. It started with a question: why can't a donut be simple, fresh, and actually good?
We opened our doors on NW 10th Street with one goal — make donuts the way our grandparents did. Hand-rolled, proofed slowly, fried in small batches, and glazed while still warm. No mix. No shortcuts. No day-old leftovers.
Every morning at 5 AM, our kitchen comes alive. By the time you walk in, the cases are full, the coffee is brewing, and the smell of fresh dough is already greeting you at the door.
